We are hiring a Sales Representative who takes ownership, thrives on momentum, and understands that their earning potential is directly tied to their work ethic. No micromanaging and no hand holding. Your performance and your pay come from how consistently you work. ● Hungry to grow and always looking to improve. Qualifications ● One or more years in sales, customer service, or membership based roles. ● Strong phone presence and confidence in having real conversations. ● Comfortable using a CRM and tracking personal KPIs. ● Strong written communication. ● Reliable, coachable, and consistent in follow through. ● Evenings and weekends available when required. ● You bring a standout quality people genuinely love such as empathy, clarity, confidence, or connection.
