About You In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: A post-secondary degree or diploma and/or 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred; Previous experience in scheduling and staffing, ideally in a large, complex environment is an asset; Previous experience working in a health care setting or previous experience using staffing, scheduling, or timekeeping software is considered an asset; Ability to provide a clear Criminal Record Check upon hire; A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care About Us Shannex is a family-owned organization with a vision of Better Living for every stage of life.
