**Required Skills**:
1. Experience Implementing Oracle EPM ARCS
2. Managing EPM ARCS client requirement and implementation
3. Good communication skill to manage client deliverables.

Account Reconciliation Business Analyst Role Requirements:

- Excellent communication and core consulting skills
- Experience in delivering at least two (2) large full life-cycle implementation using Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation (ARCS)
- Excellent functional knowledge of Accounting and FP&A process
- Good knowledge on EPM cross-modules that includes Planning Cloud, Consolidation Cloud, Narrative Reporting and Data Management
- Ability to work across Oracle Cloud team (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) and manage internal and external data/metadata interfaces
- Ability to manage project resources both onsite and offshore
- Experienced in working with or in an accounting, finance or budgeting functions

Years of Experience:

- 2+ year of Cloud EPM ARCS
- 5+ years of Hyperion AR module

**Salary**: $75.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Oracle Hyperion: 5 years (preferred)
- Oracle EPM: 5 years (preferred)
- Oracle Cloud team (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.): 6 years (preferred)
- Oracle EPM ARCS: 5 years (preferred)
- full life-cycle implementation using Oracle EPM ARCS: 6 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Halifax, NS B2Z 1M8 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Halifax, NS B2Z 1M8: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
