This role collaborates closely with Sales & Distribution, Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful learning programs, communications, and value proposition strategies that equip brokers to drive business growth.If you are great at:Experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training delivery (webinars, in-person, on-demand)Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, engaging messagingStrong knowledge of the marketplace and particularly the broker environment.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilitiesCollaborative team player; works well across departments and functionsIf you have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in broker relations, sales enablement, or event coordination within the insurance or financial services industry.Experience supporting training programs and corporate events.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset.We really mean it when we say we put you first.
