What You'll Be Doing Grow the StarFish portfolio by identifying customer needs, matching these with compelling proposals and successfully securing sales. Excellent negotiator; skilled in securing approvals for program budgets, charters, proposals, etc. Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical, product and commercial messages to various audiences. This includes verbal, visual (in presentations & infographics) and written (messaging & reports). Curiosity and drive to understand clients' businesses, technologies, and needs. Creativity and a problem-solving mentality to design and adapt programs to meet clients' needs. Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and uncertainty. Quick to pick up new technologies and incorporate on-the-fly change of plans. Knowledge of medical device development in an ISO 13485 or other regulated industry is an asset. Consulting experience is an asset.
