What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Claims Adjuster, Technical SpecialtyAs a Claims Adjuster you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. The Senior Claims Adjuster will be part of our National Specialty Claims team and will be responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of moderately complex casualty and litigation claims. The Specialty Claims team is responsible for Class Actions, US & International, E&O, D&O, Abuse, Surety, Cyber, and Bad Faith claims.We want your talentIf you’re great at:Managing complex and sensitive Liability claimsConducting thorough coverage analysisInvestigating liability and assessing damagesEvaluating exposures and negotiating settlementsEfficiently handling a busy daily scheduleDelivering an excellent customer experienceAnd if you have:Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related programCompleted or working toward the CIP designationMinimum 7-10 years of Casualty and Litigation Claims adjusting experienceFamiliarity with applicable case law, arbitration decisions, and provincial legislationFamiliarity in establishing and monitoring litigation disposition plansAbility to communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal CounselWe really mean it when we say we put you first. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $113,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
