Labour and Employment Lawyer Office Montréal Posting Date June 19, 2023 Position type Permanent The Montréal Office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking a lawyer to join our Labour and Employment Group. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec and have between 3 and 5 years of experience in labour and employment law. The candidate must have experience and a keen interest in management-side labour and employment litigation defence, collective bargaining, mediation, legal drafting, investigations, and client development. The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate efficiently in English and French, both spoken and written. McCarthy Tétrault is a national top-tier firm with numerous offices outside Quebec (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, New York and London). Our Labour and Employment Group is nationally ranked by Chambers as Band 1.
