Job Description: Recruitment Coordinator / Recruiter Company: Workforce Dental Staffing Location: 2025 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, BC, Canada Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 annually Job Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Maintain and update candidate databases to track applicant progress. Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote company hiring initiatives. Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and reporting to management. Build relationships with potential candidates and enhance employer branding. Essential Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Desired Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred. Experience in dental staffing or healthcare recruitment is an asset. Familiarity with sourcing strategies and techniques for different job roles. Ability to network and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
