The Office of the EVP of Innovation & Technology enables the success of the Innovation and Technology team through the delivery and oversight of strategic projects and leadership of business management, operations and risk activities. As the Director of Strategic Initiatives you will be responsible for leading strategic projects that span across the I&T organization including strategy development and product communication. What will you do? Work in collaboration with our senior leadership team to develop the future state strategies and roadmap for key strategic topics and technology capabilities (e.g. AI, data and analytics)Conduct business value analysis for key technology capabilitiesDevelop content to clearly communicate the vision and value of our technology capabilities Define the scope, approach, successful outcomes, stakeholder engagement models, solution alternatives, and roadmaps for strategic projects and I&T Grand ChallengesLead project planning and execution, provide thought leadership and consulting to support the broader I&T leadership teamSupport executive reporting on behalf of the overall team on both a regular and an ad-hoc basisDefine reusable assets / frameworks for the team to leverage, to ensure consistency in work products, approaches and outcomes Other duties as requiredWhat do you need to succeed?Must-havePrevious consulting experience with an industry leader firm (eg.
