**Director, Strategic Initiatives**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with RBC's broader organizational goals and the CAE Group's vision
- Partner with executives to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation within the audit and risk assurance functions
- Architect and implement next-generation strategies that enhance the CAE Group's capabilities and effectiveness
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps with clear milestones, metrics, and deliverables
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify and assess emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance the CAE Group's operations
- Provide thought leadership and strategic counsel to senior management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree or graduate-level education in business, finance, economics, or related field
- 10-15 years of strategy experience in consulting or corporate strategy roles, preferably within financial services
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing transformative initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
