These steel rolls, that weigh as much as 50 tons, are of very high precision to be used for papermaking. For our Voith Paper Canada team, we are currently searching talents for the position of:Area Manager, Maintenance & Production Hawkesbury, Ontario  Position type: Permanent - Full-time On-site Summary:The incumbent in this position is responsible for planning, overseeing, and optimizing all maintenance and production activities within the plant. This role manages technical teams (mechanics, grinder operators, subcontractors), coordinates maintenance work, and ensures the optimal operation of equipment.
