Are you ready for new challenges?We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CSR Key User Specialist to support our Customer Care (CC) Order Processing operations. This role acts as a bridge between the customer service team and system/process improvements, ensuring seamless order management and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer service, SAP order processing, and a passion for driving process excellence.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the key user and subject matter expert for CC Order Processing systems and tools (e.g., SAP).Provide day-to-day operational support to the customer service team, troubleshooting system or process issues.Coordinate with IT, management and process improvement teams to test and implement system changes or upgrades.Train and support end users on system processes, best practices, and new functionalitiesMonitor order processing workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.Collaborate cross-functionally with service and Sales teams to resolve order-related issues.Assist in standardizing and documenting order management processes.Support data integrity efforts, including data entry validation and reporting.Participate in global and regional projects as required.Travel to the United States will be required for training, collaboration, and project workQualifications:Proven experience in customer service and/or order management, preferably in a B2B environmentStrong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems, especially in order processing modulesExperience as a key user or in a systems/process support capacity is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable with occasional international travel, particularly to the United States.If you’re passionate about customer excellence, process improvement, and being part of a collaborative global team, we’d love to hear from you.
