Apply belowAbout the roleAs an Inventory Control Clerk at RBR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain management and operations teams. You will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and transacting inventory items, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, committed to providing efficient and effective service.This is a full-time, on-site position, with regular hours from 9AM to 5PM. What you’ll doManage physical and electronic inventory records, including warehouse and kanban locationsFulfill production order inventory picks by kitting items from the stockroom to the production floorConduct regular inventory cycle counts based on ABC classificationReceive incoming raw materials and Customer Returns by following standard procedures, performing visual validation, and ensuring proper storageFollow the MRB Procedure to adjust inventory for discrepant, defective, and damaged productsTake corrective measures to prevent inventory discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracyEnter data accurately into internal systems and toolsMaintain a clean and organized warehouse in accordance with 5S principlesWhat you bringProven experience in inventory control or inventory managementKnowledge of, and experience using, ERP systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordExceptional communication and organizational skills with a proactive and objective approachExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching tasks Nice to havesExperience working with in a Microsoft Dynamics environment, ideally Business CentralFormalized training in inventory management methodologies (APICS or similar)Working at heights training / certificationExperience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, specifically material handling with ESD considerations Salary range: $45,000–$58,000The final salary and job level will depend on your experience and qualifications.
