**Inventory/Receiving Clerk**

**Reports to**:Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor

**Department**: Supply Chain

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Inventory/Receiving Clerk. As an integral part of our company's operations, you will be responsible for the kitting of parts, accurately recording inventory/trace transactions in the ERP system, and assisting in the completion of cycle counts. Other responsibilities of this role include the packaging of finished goods for delivery to customers and operating a counterbalance forklift to move packages and material around our facilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive all incoming deliveries and verify the accuracy of contents against the purchase order.
- Load/Unload materials and merchandise from vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
- Utilize computer software to accurately record all receipts and maintain proper documentation.
- Restock shelves and maintain regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy, and reconcile shortages and other discrepancies.
- Maintain thorough traceability on all inventory items, ensuring proper identification and tracking.
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Kit and prepare work orders for customers and for production.
- Pack and prepare products for shipping, following proper packing and labelling procedures.
- Safely load and unload trucks using a counterbalance forklift, both indoors and outdoors.
- Operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Complete other warehouse and material handling related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience using an ERP software system for data entry and inventory transactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing between 50 to 75 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- 2-3 years of counterbalance forklift experience, with a valid certification.
- Possession of a valid G level Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working outdoors at all times of the year when required.
- Experience loading and unloading racking on a sit-down counterbalance forklift.
- Ability to obtain a Controlled Goods Clearance will be required.
- Other warehouse and material handling experience is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
