Description : Director of MarketingJonas Software – Construction DivisionMarkham, ON (Hybrid)The Director of Marketing will work closely with the Construction group to meet corporate goals and objectives for the company’s Construction Division. This position will be responsible for managing and implementing all of the marketing activities including creation of lead generation, marketing materials, marketing communications, sales material/collateral, website content, SEO, event coordination, public relations and advertising and trade show coordination.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the President - Construction Enterprise, the core responsibilities of the position are:Develop and deploy marketing and promotional programs for the Construction Division’s products and services with an emphasis on high quality lead generationDevelops and executes the Construction Division’s content distribution strategies through multiple vehicles such as web site, direct mail, PR, customer appreciation events, and sales toolsDevelop , deploy and manage overall marketing, sales and operations system, including Act-On, SalesForce and other supporting systems to streamline processesAssist sister companies (VMS, EWS, etc.) in their system deployment, marketing processes and content distribution strategiesManagement and coordination of the Construction Division’s annual trade show events and user groupsManage SalesForce develop as necessaryJOB QUALIFICATIONS:University Degree or equivalent work experience5-8 years Marketing experience at management levelStrong experience in social media marketingExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to manage through systemsKnowledge of Construction Industry is an assetKnowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS OfficeKnowledgeable in website design, creation, and updatingAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong time management, organizational, and functional/ technical skillsAbility listen and organizeDetail oriented and creativeAction orientedAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects and problem solve#LI-RT1Business Unit: Jonas ConstructionScheduled Weekly Hours:37.5Number of Openings Available: 1Worker Type: RegularMore About Jonas Software:Jonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few.
