Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize our digital campaigns across Google and other platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO best practices, and data-driven campaign optimization to consistently attract and convert high-quality leads. You will be responsible for creating and managing ad campaigns, building effective landing pages, tracking conversions, and leveraging analytics to maximize ROI. Location: In Person - Cambridge, ON Compensation: Up to $, per year plus bonuses Full-Time | Monday–Friday Key Responsibilities Develop and manageGoogle Ads campaigns with a focus on lead form extensions, location targeting, and conversion tracking. Optimize ad spend usingbidding strategies (Maximize Clicks, Target CPA, etc.) and Google’s AI tools. Set up and maintainGoogle Guaranteed profiles to attract verified, high-intent leads. ImplementSEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility and website traffic. Create and testlanding pages optimized for conversions. Conductkeyword research and audience analysis to guide campaign strategy. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance usingGoogle Analytics (GA) andGoogle Tag Manager (GTM). Produce performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad copy, creative, and user experience align with lead generation goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). – years of experience indigital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation. Strong proficiency inGoogle Ads campaign management. Hands-on experience withSEO optimization (keywords, on-page, technical). Working knowledge ofGoogle Analytics (GA) andGoogle Tag Manager (GTM). Experience inconversion tracking and KPI reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Measurement). Google Analytics Certification. Familiarity withCRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Knowledge ofA/B testing frameworks and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Experience creating and managingGoogle Guaranteed profiles.
