Almost all our restaurants are fully licensed, and a majority have separate lounges to accommodate teams, sports fans, and the happy hour crowd.Our locations are always looking for experienced Lounge Server and talented individuals.Lounge Server - duties include:Take and serve food & drink ordersGreet customers and present menusPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages when necessaryAssist with customer needs and preferences and make recommendationsCheck customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking ageArrange table settings, clean, and perform daily side dutiesDeliver checks and collect payments - Communicate with all serving and kitchen staffAdhere to all relevant health department rules & regulations and all customer service guidelinesRequirements:Minimum 2 years of lounge serving experienceOpen availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked, and cleanSmart Choice CertificateMust have previous knowledge creating alcoholic beverages
