Lounge Server and Bartender Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Lounge Server and Bartender is to provide friendly, efficient,
safe and responsible service in a relaxing, comfortable environment. In addition to
having a solid knowledge of Lounge specific product and promotions, the Lounge
Server and Bartender is knowledgeable about and promotes the Smitty’s menu,
products and programs.
