TA Coordinator-25002388DescriptionJob Overview:Provide comprehensive recruiting administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Manage and post job openings on internal systems, job boards, and social media platforms.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.Conduct initial phone screens and review resumes to assess qualifications against job requirements as needed.Maintain accurate and complete candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Act as a point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, delivering timely updates and support throughout the process.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.Address and resolve Talent Acquisition application issues as they arise, including those related to requisition approval tools, the ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed.Maintain detailed record keeping of interview details by location.Coordinate applicant travel arrangements as needed.QualificationsRequirements:Proven experience as a recruiting administrator, HR coordinator, or similar role.Previous experience conducting candidate screening (resume review and/or phone screening).Hands-on experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for posting jobs, updating candidate records, and managing workflows.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices is highly desired.Preferred Qualifications:Experience supporting high-volume recruiting or multiple business units.Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.Knowledge of HR processes beyond recruiting, such as onboarding or employee data management.Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues within ATS systems.Experience in the industrial gases industry or similar manufacturing/engineering environments.About Linde:Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion.
