Administrative Assistant – Banking

We are currently seeking an administrative professional for a client in the financial services sector in Repentigny. This role requires an organized, dynamic individual who is comfortable with digital tools.

What is in it for you:


• Annual salary between $45.000 and $50.000, based on experience.

• Permanent full-time position.

• On-site work in Repentigny.

• Two weeks of vacation in the summer and two weeks at Christmas.

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to noon.

Responsibilities:


• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and ensure efficient and professional follow-ups.

• Use digital tools such as DocuSign for electronic signatures and handle related administrative tasks.

• Communicate with companies for sales, follow up on contracts, and ensure their proper execution.

• Track financial transactions and data entry using specialized software such as Kronos and Equisoft.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners by providing high-quality service.

• Stay up to date with technological advancements and integrate artificial intelligence into administrative processes.

What you will need to succeed:


• 2+ years of administrative experience in an insurance company or brokerage office.

• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

• An active Life Insurance, Group Insurance, or Mutual Funds Broker license is a strong asset.

• French required; English is an asset for communication with certain partner companies and handling administrative documents in English.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
