We help companies scale faster by offering skilled professionals such as Accountants, Bookkeepers, Recruiters, HR Admins, Virtual Assistants, Customer Support, Medical Billing specialists, and Software Solutions—all while reducing costs by 60–80%.We are now looking for driven, self-motivated Sales Representatives to expand our presence across the Canadian market. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential—ideal for experienced sales professionals who want flexibility and high rewards.What You’ll Do Proactively identify and approach businesses across Canada Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals Present Appoint Staffing’s services clearly and confidently Understand client needs and recommend tailored outsourcing solutions Close deals and manage client follow-ups Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity  Compensation & Benefits 50% commission on every successful sale Unlimited earning potential – no cap on commissions Performance-based incentives and commission increase over time Flexible working hours – work from anywhere No upfront costs, no targets to start Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C preferred) Experience selling services within the Canadian market is a strong plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Fluent in English (French is a strong asset, especially for Quebec) Access to your own tools (phone, internet, CRM, etc.) Existing sales network is an advantage but not mandatory   Who Should Apply Independent sales professionals Freelancers and consultants Remote workers seeking commission-based income Sales reps with strong networks in Canada Anyone confident in selling value-based services   Why Join Appoint Staffing?
