This Assistant Branch Manager Position Features:• Steady Day Shift• Benefits after probationary period• Great Pay from $50K to $55KThe Assistant Branch/Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities. The incumbent is responsible for customer service, sales, the purchase of goods and the general smooth running of the warehouse including the supervision of employees.Responsibilities and TasksCoordinate shipments:• Deliver purchase orders to the warehouse clerk and supervise order preparation• Manage the shipping schedule (type of transport, sectors, transfers, etc.) and contact carriers as needed• Prepare transit vouchers, give them to drivers and keep a copyManage receipts:• Receive information about deliveries• Manage the receiving schedule and contact carriers as needed• Verify products received in bulk• Take receipt notes verified by the warehouse clerk and revise them• Perform Goods Receipt in the System• Manage warehousing and ensure the functional layout of the warehouseRequirements:3-5 years in Sales3-5 years as a Supervisor/ManagerExcellent communication skillsExcellent computer skillsDisclaimer:AI technology is not used in the recruitment and selection process.
