What you’ll accomplish with us As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here’s what you’ll do: Prepare branch review documentation, meeting agendas, and audit reports. Support compliance supervision and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Approve KYC updates and new accounts. Assist with site reviews and resolution of deficiencies. Respond to advisor inquiries and coordinate with head office departments. Participate in special projects and contribute to team meetings. Foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement. What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Is known for their strong organizational and team collaboration skills. Stands out for their initiative and ability to work independently. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication. Has 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH). Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
