We value doing business with integrity and adhere to the highest ethical standards. Our Volkswagen Villa Dealership is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our amazing team As a Parts Advisor, you will hone your customer service and communication skills. The Parts Advisor responds to both customers and technicians parts requirements. This is accomplished through over the counter and phone sales. Core AccountabilitiesAssist both internal and external customers with their parts needs. Ensure that customers are made aware of the entire product line and accessories.Follow cash handling procedures as outlined. Ensure that the procedures for handling cash and all other methods of payment are adhered to.Ensure that parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, binned accordingly and that the delivery note is signed.Pack and load parts correctly; and keep track of all dispatch documentation.Report any stock damage or losses to the Parts Manager.Ensure that all old units returned to the Parts Department are clean. Ensure that all old units and chargeable cases are returned to the supplier in the prescribed manner.Maintain and update displays as required.Assist in stock checks when required.Maintain good relationships with all suppliers.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of two years of experience in automotive industryAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationAbility to adapt to a changing environment, work efficiently in a high-pressure environmentProfessional appearance & friendly dispositionExcellent communication, interpersonal and time management skillsStrong attention to detailPersonal AttributesPassion, motivation, focus and leadership skillsResults focused approachTeam playerStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to influence, negotiate and mediate effectivelyStrong attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismExcellent interpersonal and team building skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsHonest, courteous and able to demonstrate strong work ethicsDriven and ability to work with minimum supervisionBenefitsWe offer competitive salaries and generous benefits Excellent Group Benefits packageGroup RRSP Contribution programWork/life balanceTraining and support programsBoot and tool allowanceTuition reimbursement programCorporate supportMentorship and developmentUnlimited careers opportunities within our automotive groupAPPLY FOR A REWARDING CAREER TODAYWe thank all applicants for their response; however only those considered for an interview will be contacted.AWIN is committed to providing accessible employment practices that are in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
