What you’ll do As a Candidate Experience Coordinator at Brex, you’ll play a key role in creating a world-class candidate and interviewer experience. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and care to every step of the recruiting process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and that hiring teams can focus on making great decisions. You’ll manage interview logistics end-to-end, partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and use sound judgment to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your work will directly impact how Brex attracts and hires exceptional talent, helping us scale our teams efficiently while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. Where you'll work This role will be based in our Vancouver office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work Responsibilities Coordinate high-volume interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and a thoughtful, consistent experience from start to finish. Partner with recruiters and interviewers to manage scheduling complexities, and anticipate potential conflicts. Apply sound judgment when navigating last-minute changes, balancing candidate experience with business needs. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment, build trust, and maintain a high standard of collaboration. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting operations by sharing insights and supporting team initiatives. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure Good judgment and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Comfort learning and using new tools and systems Compensation The expected pay range for this role is $30.38 - $37.98 CAN per hour. However, the starting hourly pay will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. This pay range is based on a standard work week; as an hourly employee, you will receive overtime pay for any hours worked beyond that schedule.
