The Private Markets Advisor collaborates with various clients (business partners) delivering on Private Markets Asset Classes and Operations areas such as Natural Resources, Investment Finance, Real Estate and Private Risk.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Advisor, Private Markets Solutions Delivery, you’ll:Provide Guidance and Technical Support to team members on analytical tools and best practicesAnalyze and influence business partner needs, lead requirements analysis, validation, and verificationDesign and deliver reliable, scalable visualization and reporting solutions using tools such as Snowflake and Power BICollaborate with the delivery team to develop and maintain optimized data models that support performance analysis and insight generationSupervise daily operational tasks (support and maintenance, incident/problem resolution, operational requests) ensuring alignment with business needs and the company’s visionWHAT YOU’LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of experience in designing and developing analytical solutions or dashboardsProven experience in implementing end-to-end analytical solutionsProficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report optimization)Experience with Snowflake, and data analysisKnowledge of the investment domain, particularly private markets, is an assetKnowledge of CI/CD/CT pipelines using Azure DevOpsExperience with identity and access services (Azure AD) and version control toolsExcellent communications skills, both written and spoken (bilingualism French and English)Bilingual in English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London, and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montréal and Ottawa)We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
