Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Document Control & Site Coordinator to oversee document management and coordination for a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control, site coordination, and large project execution, ensuring that all project documentation is managed efficiently and that site activities are well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Control:
  • Oversee the management, distribution, and tracking of all project documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain an organized document management system ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with engineers, quality teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Ensure that all required permits, certifications, and compliance documents are properly maintained and filed.
  • Handle document submissions, transmittals, and approvals within established deadlines.
  • Site Coordination:
  • Act as the primary liaison between document control and site execution teams.
  • Coordinate communication between various project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and engineers.
  • Track and report on site progress, identifying potential risks related to documentation and workflow management.
  • Support the Quality and Project teams in gathering, compiling, and organizing project documentation.
  • Assist in managing technical reports, inspection data, and compliance records.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in document control and site coordination for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency in document management systems, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), and database tools.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or large-scale industrial projects preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance in project execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring documentation integrity and timely coordination of tasks.
