Your Key Responsibilities Working closely with Kobalt.ios project and delivery teams, you will: Coordinate cybersecurity projects end-to-end, from sales handoff through execution and delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and delivery resources, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, manage changes, and escalate issues as needed. Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and follow-ups. Prepare, maintain, and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations. Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. Supervise external consultants, ensuring timely updates, documentation, and invoice submissions. Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices. Provide other project support to internal teams as required. Your Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of project coordination experience with a post-secondary degree in Project Management or a related field. Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Confluence. Proven ability to act as the primary liaison throughout the project lifecycle, with a client-focused approach. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Thrives in both independent and collaborative remote environments, adapting quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
