Join our team in a position that lets you grow with us Job Summary: Must have SAP RE-FX (Contract Lease Management IFRS 16 & Nakisa Leasing Consultant (SLAN) IFRS 16. Developer and training (Trainer)experience or Do Not Apply Main Duties will include: Train individuals and corporate customers in property management (RE-FX) and Equipment leasing Management (Nakisa) tools in the following areas listed below: Nakisasystem configurations and Testing process using ALM testing tool Nakisa user process& multiple business scenarios RE-FX (Contract life cycle management, business scenarios, IFRS 16 & USGAAP & valuation rules configurations) Asset accounting Automatic creations in RE-FX Develop RE-FX / Nakisa leasing curriculum, prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses Teach students using a systematic plan of lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory work, seminars, case studies, field assignments and independent or group projects Develop RE-FX and Nakisa curriculum, prepare teaching materials and syllabus required for training courses Advise students on the program curricula and career based on the latest trends in property management (RE-FX) and equipment management (Nakisa) tools Prepare, administer, mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress and guide them on their areas to be improved based on their test performance Provide individualized tutorial or remedial instruction to students who require it Supervise independent or group projects, field placements, laboratory work or hands-on training Provide consultation services to students, business and other organizations May serve on committees concerned with matters such as budgets, curriculum revision, course and program requirements Experience in analysis of AS-IS process flows and creation of To-Be process flows based on business requirements which also includes documentation of Business Requirements Working on configuration related to IFRS 16 conditions and Valuation parameters Worked on SAP RE-FX prototype for IFRS 16 and ASC 842/840 solutions. Worked on Lease Classification and valuation (Classification and evaluation rules, Calculate and report on net present value, depreciation, repayment and interest rate) Responsible for understanding the various business scenarios and mapping them SAP RE-FX / Nakisa Leasing Documentation of whole process of SAP RE-FX CLM &NAKISA SLAN System SLAN Implementation Configured RE-FX integration to FI in EHP8- SP06 & Retrospect Changes Contract Valuation Run, Short term Lease, Automatic Asset creation in SAP Amortization (Valuation) Valuation Rules Configuration Set up, Sub Lease Contract Set up, Relevance Contract, Retrospective Changes, right of use Asset set up, Interest Calculations in Valuation parameters set up, ASC 840/842 Integration between SAP FI -REFX, Post Valuation Process SAP Finance Lease Administration by Nakisa (Nakisa Leasing - IFRS16 Implementation) and RE-FX Leasing and Balance Sheet Valuation End to End contract management and lease lifecycle management in RE FX and Nakisa Implementing IFRS16 and ASC842 standards using Nakisa Leasing and RE FX Working on integration points between SAP Finance/Asset Management and Nakisa Working on strategies and projects related to IFRS16 and the migration plans Engaged in business consulting, mapping business processes into SAP and working for business process improvements in areas of REFX (Real Estate management) Including sap FICO Expert in Nakisa Data Migration (MLA, Contract, Activation Group, Terms & Conditions and Units Uploads Understanding of Nakisa RFC Connections & Logs at the time of Implementation to resolve the Critical Issue’s Integration Mapping with SAP to Nakisa SYNC Process&Understanding of SAP Accounting standards & Ledgers Extensive Experience on Accounting Determination & Non-Lease Accounting Determination Design of Lease Area Mapping&Assign Business Unit to Company Code in Application Config Creating Number Ranges for MLA, Contract, Lease Component, Activation Group & Units Work Flow Process of MLA Approver, Assessment Approver, Classification Approver, Contract approver Upload the Application & System Config Data & Download the Template Extensive experience as SAP Finance implementation 198 Company codes Global Roll Outs Expert in LSMW – Understanding of BAPI/ IDOC, Standard Recording Experience in working with HP-ALM tool Hands on Experience in Nakisa Unit Testing /Integration Testing with Multiple Business Scenario’s Having Knowledge on Disconnection System Implementation& Trained on NAKISA 4.0 SP4 Leasing solution Good Experience on Internal Asset Mapping & External Asset Class Mapping in Nakisasystem Config Extensive business/process knowledge in Commercial, Property Sales & Commission Real Estate Provide technical assistance and coaching to other developers, support teams, management, etc. Strong client facing / communication skills to communicate with various cross functional teams and business stake holders Team player, self-starter, and motivated with the ability to multi-task while meeting project deadlines Knowledge: Nakisa Business Process ASC 840/842 Integration between SAP FI -REFX&CLM (Contract Lease Management IFRS 16 / Nakisa Leasing Finance. Contract Valuation Run, Short term Lease, Automatic Asset creation in SAP Amortization (Valuation) Post Valuation Run Good Knowledge in Data Migration tools Skills: End to End contract management and lease lifecycle management in RE FX and Nakisa Fast learner Attention to detail Having good relationship and communication skills Team player Easily adapts to changes, to new concepts Being able to meet deadlines Qualifications: MBA or CPA is must. Management or Administration Studies is a plus. 6 years+ experience in trainer for SAP RE-FX& CLM/ Nakisa Finance development and variousapp exchange installation. Experience in instructional design; and independently creating high complexity courses. Strong PowerPoint skills Experience developing technology training for Nakisa Leasing Financeand Financial Services sector an Asset Accounting. Experience in e-Classroom training & Development is an asset. Required: Certificates: SAP S4 HANA-REFX CLM (Contract Lease Management)& NAKISA LEASING IFRS 16 Assets: Project Management and Training Certification. Any Sap Finance certifications.
