You will be accountable for the investigation, negotiation and settlement of Intermediate Third Party Bodily Injury claims. What can you expect in this role?Reporting to the Team Leader, Casualty, you are accountable for managing a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims.Engage all stakeholders in the effective management of a claim including underwriting and senior leadershipConfirming policy coverages, investigating claims to determine liability and quantum. Maintaining detailed file records. Attending/participating in mediations, pre-trials and settlement initiatives.Settle claims directly with Plaintiff’s Counsel. Direct and Instruct Defence Counsel.
