What can you expect in this role?Reporting to the Team Leader, Casualty, you are accountable for managing a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims.Engage all stakeholders in the effective management of a claim including underwriting and senior leadershipConfirming policy coverages, investigating claims to determine liability and quantum. Maintaining detailed file records. Attending/participating in mediations, pre-trials and settlement initiatives.Settle claims directly with Plaintiff’s Counsel. Direct and Instruct Defence Counsel.
