This role reports to the Director, Product Management.Do not miss the opportunity to join a broad family of people-centric professionals, thought leaders and rapid thinkers, entrepreneurs in spirit and status quo-fightersJob PurposeLocated at our Oakville, Ontario or Lynchburg, Virginia office , this role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and innovation across our HARCO Market Segment. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate cross-functionally to shape solutions that drive customer value and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be empowered to make a meaningful impact through the following responsibilities:Provide expert guidance on the features, functions, and benefits of our HARCO product lineChampion new product initiatives, selecting and executing projects using the AIM processDevelop and maintain strategic Product Road Maps for the HARCO Market SegmentCo-create a Category Strategy for the Harco Fittings in partnership with Sales and MarketingLead early-stage product development (Gates 1 and 2: Scoping and Opportunity Assessment) with support from Segment MarketingSupport successful product launches in collaboration with Channel Marketing, and guide post-launch performance to meet forecast objectivesManage product lifecycles, working closely with teams across Sales, Innovation, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Legal, Engineering, and Supply Chain to address product-related needsIdentify and remove barriers to growth, offering insights and solutions to advance Harco Fittings product systemsContribute to our market leadership, helping strengthen the positions of IPEX through customer-centric innovationQualifications & ExperienceWe welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to make a difference.Post-secondary education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Product ManagementAn ability to gain a strong familiarity with Harco Fittings products and the relevant construction marketExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiencesCollaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel occasionally across North AmericaIPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
