Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and food safety initiatives. Conduct routine inspections and audits of incoming products, storage conditions, and handling processes. Maintain and update quality control documentation,  and SOPs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including CFIA, FDA, and other applicable food safety standards. Investigate and document customer complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from quality standards. Assist in the development and execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct training sessions for warehouse and production teams on quality and safety protocols. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure ingredient and packaging compliance. Monitor and maintain product traceability and recall procedures. Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and corrective actions as needed. You have a positive attitude and take pride in a job well done. You're open to learning and willing to contribute new ideas. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, CFIA, FDA). Experience with quality management systems and audit preparation. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents) Ready to Apply?
