About the Role

As a Quality Assurance and Feature Implementation Specialist at Electronic Arts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our game features and experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvements, design new features, and guide their implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize urgent tasks to enhance player experience in Live Ops.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to refine Live changes for the EA SPORTS FC cycle.
  • Understand product goals then oversee the ideation and translation of them into game features that players will love.
  • Partner with the Development Directors to manage the feature schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
  • Partner with Art, UX, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $89,300 - $123,000 CAD.
