This role includes direct people management responsibilities and requires deep technical fluency in Java full-stack development and data center capacity planning. You will drive product strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.ResponsibilitiesProduct LeadershipDefine and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goalsLead product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and qualityCollaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to ensure product-market fit and adoptionPeople ManagementManage and mentor a team of product owners and business analystsFoster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and career developmentConduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth and developmentDrive team alignment with organizational priorities and product goalsVendor ManagementEstablish and maintain relationships with key vendors and external partnersNegotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure alignment with product and organizational goalsMonitor vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with quality and timeline expectationsTechnical OwnershipServe as the technical liaison between product and engineering teams, especially in Java-based full-stack environmentsTranslate complex technical requirements into clear product features and user storiesEnsure architectural alignment with enterprise standards and scalability needsData Center Capacity ManagementCollaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to align product growth with data center capacity planningUnderstand and incorporate constraints and forecasts related to space, power, and cooling into product planning·Ensure product scalability and availability by proactively managing infrastructure dependenciesQualifications10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven experience managing software products in enterprise or SaaS environmentsStrong technical background in Java full-stack development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, etc.)Hands-on experience or strong understanding of data center capacity management, including space, power, and cooling considerationsProficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a track record of leading cross-functional Agile teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environmentBackground in product analytics and customer feedback loopsPrior experience in building custom applicationsThis posting is for a backfill position, meaning it is to fill an existing vacancy within our organization.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 139,000 - 209,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
