We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Supervisor to oversee our janitorial operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at problem-solving, and have a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, we want to hear from you Key duties & responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. Conduct regular site visits to inspect the quality of work and address any issues or concerns. Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation Schedule and coordinate cleaning assignments to meet client expectations and deadlines. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any service-related issues promptly. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Provide coverage for relief shifts as needed, stepping in to perform janitorial duties and oversee operations when regular staff members are absent. Demonstrate flexibility by working in various locations and buildings as per company needs. Requirements: Previous experience in janitorial or facilities management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (candidate must have a vehicle). Willingness to work weekends in addition to Monday to Friday schedule. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments. High school diploma or equivalent.  Benefits: Monthly gas allowance provided in accordance with CRA guidelines.Health benefitsOpportunity for additional earnings by working weekends.Growth opportunities within the company.Profit Sharing after one year of employment with Cleantech. Salary Details: The salary for this position $45 000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, the candidate will receive a monthly gas allowance provided in accordance with CRA guidelines. There is also potential to earn additional income by working weekends on top of the regular schedule.
