**Area Manager (Customer Service) Janitorial**

**Compensation
- salary of $42,000 to $45,000 does not include includes monthly commissions, quarterly bonus' and annual bonuses, there is more earning potential**

Over 50 years in business, Arodal Services Ltd. is a BC owned and operated company providing janitorial services in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regions

We are looking for a dynamic professional, mature, permanent full-time person with a positive attitude who has excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. A diligent person who can work in a team environment as well as on their own. Overall, this person needs to work effectively with little to no supervision and who can meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks at once.

**Duties**:

- Visiting customers, and handling customer service requests
- Managing our customers and cleaners
- Account start ups and crew changes
- Remote work access (from home when you are not out working in the field)
- There is flexibility to your work day, however you must take care of customer concerns as they happen no exception. There are evening and weekend work expectations.

**The office is located in Richmond, you would be expected to be in the office periodically throughout the week, there is flexibility to work remotely as you gain experience.**

**Skills**:

- Experience in the janitorial field is beneficial however not a requirement.
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and writing
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and self-starter. Must be a great communicator within the team.
- Can work independently AND in a team environment.
- Must have a clean drivers record, and able to pass a criminal record check.

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
