Larivière, Rouyn-Noranda, QC J9Y 0G8, CanadaAs the Assistant Branch Manager, you will report to the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that exceptional customer service is consistently provided, while supporting the achievement of company goals.Your main responsibilities will include:Being actively present in the field to supervise and participate in operations within a sometimes outdoor, physical, and dirty environment;Promoting a welcoming and safe workplace;Enforcing environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures;Assisting the Branch Manager during monthly Health & Safety audits;Overseeing daily operations such as scheduling, and achieving sales and production targets;Supporting employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives in the field;Assisting the Branch Manager in employee communications;Collaborating with various internal partners to ensure compliance with business processes;Conducting quarterly performance evaluations for hourly employees alongside the Branch Manager;Performing various administrative tasks (cash deposits, payroll, scheduling, etc.);Supporting the Branch Manager in the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees;Acting as an ambassador for organizational change and playing an active role in its implementation within your branch.QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of customer service experience;Minimum of one (1) year of management experience;College or university degree;Experience in retail or the automotive industry is an asset;Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.Key competencies:Ability to empower and hold employees accountable;Strong delegation and follow-up skills;Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation);Strong problem-solving abilities;Collaborative and team-oriented mindset;Effective time management and prioritization skills;Demonstrates empathy and emotional intelligence.Additional InformationCompetitive salary + annual bonusEligible for paid vacation upon hireComprehensive group insurance planTelemedicine (Access to a doctor 24/7)Group RRSP with employer matching contributionsAnnual AIM scholarship program of up to $8,500 per eligible dependentA pleasant and friendly work environmentCompany events organized throughout the year (BBQ, Christmas party, etc.)Outstanding opportunities for career advancementEmployee discount on parts at any Kenny location
