Job Description AECOM is actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing document control, coordinating travel and logistics, and supporting project management activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. This is a regular part-time position based on 24 hours of work. The right candidate can work locally from our Edmonton, AB, or Yellowknife, NWT office; plus AECOM can provide hybrid work options to give the flexibility you need to do your best work. This position is ideally suited to a junior to intermediate administrator or project coordinator with aspirations to develop their project management strengths. This position will primarily support acting project managers as a project coordinator on large, multidisciplinary environmental projects in environmental remediation and reclamation. Responsibilities will include: · Document Control: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible. Ensure compliance with document control standards and procedures. Track and manage document revisions and approvals. · Travel Coordination: Arrange travel accommodations for project team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Manage travel itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements are cost-effective and within budget. Coordinate travel schedules and resolve any travel-related issues. · Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for project-related activities, including meetings, site visits, and events. Coordinate the shipment and delivery of project materials and equipment. Ensure timely and efficient logistics support for project teams. · Project Support: Assist project managers in tracking project progress and milestones. Prepare and distribute project reports and updates. Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: HS degree with 2 years of project coordination/administration experience or Diploma or Certificate in Administration. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Prior experience in project coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in document control systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Additional Information Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $37,000.00 - $45,000.00.
