You are required to be in person. Qualification: MBA graduate with interest or experience in OB_HR_Leadership either as a learner or teacher. Candidate must have taken a Leadership Development Practicum (RSM5604 or RSM5614) course or Leadership Development Lab (RSM2622) course at Rotman School of Management. Class Schedule: Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both. Sessional dates of appointment: Jan 1, 2026 - Apr 30, 2026 Salary: The minimum hourly rate shall be: September 1, 2025 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay January 1, 2026 $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay September 1, 2026 $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay NOTES: This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
