Qualifications MBA graduate with interest or experience in OB_HR_Leadership as a learner or teacher Candidate must have taken a Leadership Development Practicum (RSM5604 or RSM5614) course or Leadership Development Lab (RSM2622) course at Rotman School of Management Class Schedule Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both. Sessional Dates of Appointment Jan 1, 2026 - Apr 30, 2026 Compensation The minimum hourly rate shall be:September 1, 2025 $54.27 plus 4% vacation payJanuary 1, 2026 $54.27 plus 4% vacation paySeptember 1, 2026 $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay NOTES This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
