Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include:Ability to work in various inside and outside environments.Read and interpret CAD blueprints.Inspect product for damages or defects.Ability to work independently or as a team member.Maintain professionalism and always uphold our White Glove Service standard within client homes.We provide paid, on-the-job training for candidates with the right skills and a great attitude. Be part of a team transforming clients’ spaces with care and craftsmanshipQualificationsThe ideal candidate for this Installer role would likely possess the following qualifications:Certificate, diploma and/or equivalent work experience.Minimum one (1) year previous cabinetry or carpentry skills required.Minimum two (2) years previous customer service experience.Must maintain valid class 5 drivers’ license and clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, reach, stop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch.Experience with common hand/power tools.Strong verbal and written communication.Must be able to work collaboratively and to follow direction.Exceptional attention to detail, multi-taking, and organizational skills.Computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and possess the ability to learn internal computer programs.Ability to work designated hours, extra hours during peak periods, with occasional overnight travel.* All offers made are contingent upon a successful criminal record check.Additional InformationCompensation & BenefitsFull-time, Monday through Friday Shift 7:30 am – 4:00 pmHourly pay with overtime opportunitiesPaid vacation, holidays, and sick daysBenefits after 3 months: Dental, health spending account and extended health carePay: $$ per hourPosition to start in January 2026What we provide:At California Closets, we invest in our employees and offer:Routine: set schedule with the ability to pick up extra hours during peak periodsOngoing Support: Extensive new hire training and investment with on-going trainingCompetitive Compensation: Competitive hourly wage and overtimePaid Parking: On client job sitesTools and Equipment: all tools, uniforms and safety PPE providedWCB insurance provided by companyCompany vehicle and fuel: Provided for client installations Out-of-town travel: All costs covered for installersEmployee discount programWhy Join Us?
