We are seeking reliable and motivated Installers and Labourers to assist in the installation of pre-tensioned fabric structures. This role involves a mix of local and out-of-town work, providing you with a diverse and exciting work environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and assembly of pre-tensioned fabric structures, including site setup and teardown.
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating basic tools and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and ensure the safety of yourself and your team.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Travel for out-of-town projects, including staying in hotels and dining on the company’s expense.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights, as required by the job.
- Reliable transportation for local jobs and the ability to travel for out-of-town assignments.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Safety tickets an asset (WHMIS, CSTS, FA, EWP, H2S ALIVE ETC)

**Work Schedule**:

- The work is approximately 50% local and 50% out-of-town projects, with travel often required for several days at a time.
- Out-of-town jobs will include accommodations, meals, or a daily per diem when applicable.

**Compensation**:

- Wage to be determined based on experience.
- Benefits package available after 90 days.

Pay: $21.50-$36.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
