We are looking for an HVAC Technical Support Representative to join their team, based out of their branch in Surrey.HVAC Technical Support RepresentativeAbout the RoleYou’ll be actively involved in supporting live HVAC projects, working directly with distributors, contractors, and internal sales teams. Your technical knowledge and practical experience will play a key role in keeping projects moving efficiently from design through installation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate pricing, technical submittals, and equipment specifications for fans, ERVs, and heat pump systemsDiagnose and resolve installation and operational issues in the fieldAnalyze mechanical drawings to confirm correct equipment selection and system performancePartner with engineering and sales teams to refine technical documentation and project executionAssist with industry tradeshows, customer training programs, and sales support initiativesThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a trusted technical advisor and tackling challenges that impact real projects.QualificationsExperience with heat pump systems is strongly preferredDegree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field1–3+ years of experience in HVAC or ventilation systems is idealAbility to interpret mechanical drawings and understand airflow and performance fundamentalsStrong communication skills with a highly organized, service-oriented approachProficient with Microsoft Excel and CRM platformsPreferred ExperienceHVAC/R certification or additional technical trainingFamiliarity with AutoCAD and/or RevitExperience delivering or supporting training for distributors or contractorsWhat’s in it for you?
