Our product design teams, head office and stores are all based in Canada.Job DescriptionAs a Team Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in fostering an inclusive, positive team environment. You will play a key role in driving store success by leading the team to achieve sales and profit goals, while also contributing to recruiting, performance management, training, and development efforts.
