Lead developer: At Holt XChange, we continuously strive to follow a data-driven, time and cost-efficient approach towards VC investment and portfolio management activities. We are building a VC platform to scan and maximize community engagement among stakeholders.  Responsibilities: Analyze 3rd party API documentation and endpoints, including plugging into an established data pipeline, interconnected with various third parties.Analyze, Design, build, deploy, monitor and maintain various configurations and deployment tools, including database & data visualization tools.Develop APIs to support new features and further enhancements.Design UI/UX for our consumer-facing websites, internal admin pages and dashboards.Implement and maintain architectures, including the set-up, managing & deploying of microservices using containers.Participate in the evaluation and integration of new technologies, in ensuring quality reliability and reusability of systems,procedures and best practicesKeep up to date on DevOps trends and technologiesTranslate business requirements through business analysis Mandatory: BA/BS degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldMin. 5 and up to 7 years of successful leadership experience in a complex environment with experience in leading engineering/software teamsGood communication, leadership (SCRUM Master) skills, Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.Experience with DevOps, having worked with scripting languages such as Python.Proactivity, dynamism, autonomy, organization and motivation for new challengesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with DevOps pipelines, continuous integration/delivery, automated testing (unit, functional, performance)Experience working within professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes and testingExperience with implementing and deploying machine learning models, business intelligence tools etc…Have a  track record of participating in the process of building an MVP product from a concept.Experience building with cloud storage technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Desirable: UI/UX experience
