What you will do:- Planning, directing and coordinating all general accounting activities and ensuring the consolidation of all financial data necessary for delivering consolidated business results- Lead a timely and accurate financial close, ensuring appropriate internal controls and application of IFRS accounting standards- Deliver quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A and other public company filings- Engage in Board of Directors support and governance activities.- Be the process owner for applicable significant processes to ensure compliance with 52-109 and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.- Recommend and oversee process improvement and new system implementation initiatives- Coach, develop, and inspire a global team of Finance professionals- All other related tasksQualifications-Bachelor degree in finance or accounting with a CPA designation considered an asset-Strong public company experience with IFRS reporting experience considered an asset-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from financial data-Exceptional communication in French and English and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders-Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure, ever changing environmentSummaryAre you interested in this position?
