Development: Oversee the design, integration, and enhancement of custom, cloud-ready business applications. Strategy: Drive the business systems roadmap, aligning solutions with organizational goals. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Innovation: Champion the adoption of AI tools, cloud migration, and best practices to keep Interfor at the industry forefront.What You OfferTechnical Expertise: Deep experience with DevOps, SDLC, .NET, Azure, and modern application frameworks. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end software development lifecycles. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Agility: Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban; thrives in dynamic environments. Customer Focus: Exceptional service orientation and ability to deliver solutions that drive business value.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
