Job DescriptionLeads and manages all facets of customer relationships and account strategy across a portfolio of commercial and security hardware accounts. Drives the execution of integrated programs that align field marketing initiatives with sales objectives to maximize the impact of company products within commercial distribution channels. Responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market share through strategic engagement with aligned commercial distributors in the assigned territory. Develops and executes plans to deepen penetration into key distribution channels, grow strategic customer relationships, and activate high-impact field promotions. Owns accountability for delivering both revenue and profitability goals across all accounts headquartered within the region, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term customer value. This role will require that the individual be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong relational skills with their internal and external teammates. (US Included) 30%Track record of successful performance in commercial/industrial sales.Experience with and positive attitude toward CRM software imperative.Bilingual in French Canadian and English a plus Additional Information Additional Information:Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $85,000 USD - $126,500 CAD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
