We want to meet you Your responsibilities Continuous Improvement & Process optimization Complete various continuous improvement projects, from initial analysis to implementation. Ensure the accuracy of product costs in the ERP system. Conduct time studies and observations on the shop floor to analyze actual operations. Compare estimated times to actual times and propose adjustments. Identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency, work methods, and production flow. Prepare concrete recommendations: actions to take, solutions to problems, and prioritization of interventions. Actively participate in projects related to Equipment, tooling, and process optimization. Validate the quality and consistency of data in the ERP. Field collaboration & communication Work closely with plant employees to understand operational realities. Seek information directly from field teams and ensure clear communication between the various stakeholders. Promote adoption of new methods through your structured and collaborative approach. Implementing the 6S System Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the 6S system. Plan and conduct 6S audits, then propose improvements. Ensure the rigor and continuity of 6S standards on a daily basis. Participation in meetings and optimization initiatives Contribute to strategic discussions on process improvement. Support the team with all other tasks related to efficiency operational. Desired Profile Education: Technical background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing), or any other relevant training/experience. A first experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing is an asset, but motivated junior profiles are welcome. Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (one (asset). Knowledge of Lean principles, 6S, KPI/OKR (significant asset). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Personal qualities: Proactive, curious, and able to gather information from field teams. Team player who values collaboration and active listening.
