Job DescriptionMust haves:Health Care experience (Mental Health preferred)Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources FHIR/ Health Level (HL7) experienceExtract Transform Load (ETL)/DatabaseResponsibilities:Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services with complex FHIR, backend SQL and diverse business, reporting and technological needs.Understanding of SDLC processes and ETLLeads and conducts business analysis on technical needs in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determinedDevelops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, interviews, data analysis.Conducts business modeling; use case modeling; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projectsAwareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies including Azure Cloud and Smile Clinical Data Repository (CDR) solution for FHIR messagesCreate and maintain detailed requirements, prioritizing parallel requirements items in accordance to the program goals and product needs.Collaborate and foster various relationship with MHA team, COE partners, clients and cross-functional technical team and vendors such as privacy, security, architecture and off-shore engineering team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all requirementsAbility to analyze data and complex problems and contribute to finding solutions.Analyze data and data quality to better understand all the data need, issues, and opportunities for improvementsCollaborate and communicate effectively with MHA team, partners, clients, and leadership teams to ensure successful product launch and product updates as required.
